• Appointment of Mr. Akhil Kumar Gupta as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) and Chairperson of the Board. • Effective September 29, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. • Mr. Gupta is former Vice Chairman of Bharti Enterprises and holds directorships in other companies. • He is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience, including an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. • Recipient of numerous awards for his contributions to business and management. • Mr. Akhil Kumar Gupta is not related to any of the Directors of the Company.
