FEDERAL BANK APPOINTS VIRAT SUNIL DIWANJI AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
• The Federal Bank has appointed Mr. Virat Sunil Diwanji as Executive Director (Key Managerial Personnel - KMP) on the Board of the Bank. • The appointment is for a period of three (3) years from the date of assuming charge. • Mr. Diwanji will assume charge as Additional Executive Director with effect from October 12, 2026, subject to shareholder approval within 3 months. • The appointment has been approved by the RBI. • Mr. Diwanji is not debarred/disqualified from holding the office of Director. • He is currently the National Head - Consumer Banking at The Federal Bank.
