BLS E-SERVICES LIMITED : SLUMP SALE OF JOINT LIABILITY GROUP BUSINESS
• ATPL, a wholly-owned subsidiary, approved to enter into a Business Transfer Agreement with TVAM Technologies Private Limited. • The agreement is for the sale and transfer of the JLG Business Undertaking of ATPL on a going concern basis. • The transaction is expected to be consummated in about 90 days. • Consideration for the sale is Rs. 59,49,000/-, subject to post-closing adjustments. • TVAM is a related party, and the transaction is done at arm's length. • The transaction forms part of the company's broader business re-organisation and operational restructuring initiatives.
