ANUPAM RASAYAN : STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES ADDITIONAL 22,50,000 EQUITY SHARES OF BLISS GVS PHARMA
• Company acquired further 22,50,000 equity shares of Bliss GVS Pharma Limited on-market. • This transaction brings the acquirer's total shareholding to 5,09,84,595 equity shares, representing 47.95% of the equity share capital. • The total consideration for these additional shares was INR 162,73,98,675.00, acquired at Rs. 723.2883 per equity share. • Following the open offer and this acquisition, the acquirer and PAC collectively hold 5,32,36,264 equity shares, representing 50.07% of the equity share capital. • The acquirer and PAC have acquired control of Bliss and have been designated as 'promoters' effective September 28, 2026.
