IRB INV'IT FUND COMPLETES RS 2,351 CR FUND RAISE VIA INSTITUTIONAL PLACEMENT
• IRB InvIT Fund has completed a fund raise of ₹2,351 Cr through Institutional Placement and Preferential Allotment. • The total fund raise comprises ₹2,000 Cr from Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) and ₹351 Cr from Preferential Allotment. • The Committee of Directors approved the allotment of Units aggregating to ₹2,000 Cr pursuant to institutional placement. • Proceeds will support the proposed acquisition of two highway assets from IRB Infrastructure Trust.
