• Dr. Anjani Kumar has relinquished the charge of Executive Director (Contracts) with effect from 28.09.2026. • This follows his appointment as Director (Tech.) in Western Coalfields Limited (WCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of CIL. • The disclosure is pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. • Impact: Senior management change within the organization.
