Gobindpur Tangi Highway Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, received a letter of Financial Close from National Highways Authority of India. • The project is the Construction of new Six-lane Access Controlled Capital Region Ring Road Package-III from Gobindpur (NH-55) to Tangi near Bandola Toll Plaza (NH16). • Project cost is ₹1,582.11 Cr with a construction period of 910 Days. • Date of Financial Close is September 16, 2026. • Details required under SEBI Regulations were provided on February 24, 2026, and April 19, 2026.
