• Agreements for Solapur Yedeshi Tollway Limited ("SYTL") and CG Tollway Limited ("CGTL") as Project SPVs • IRB InvIT Fund to act as the Project Manager post transfer of SPVs • Covers four-laning of Solapur to Yedeshi section of NH-211 and six-laning of Kishangarh Udaipur Ahmedabad Section of NH-79 • Aggregate value of balance concession period approximately ₹2,663 crore on fixed price basis, with approximately 18 years of weighted average life • Not a related party transaction under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
