• Komal Infotech Private Limited and Rakesh Ramanlal Shah acquired 7,30,916 equity shares representing 3.56% equity share capital of ECS Biztech Limited. • The acquirers, along with another acquirer, acquired an aggregate 1,22,30,916 equity shares representing 59.50% equity share capital of ECS Biztech Limited. • The acquisition was pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated July 29, 2026. • The transaction involved off-market purchase through a Share Purchase Agreement dated July 29, 2026, executed between September 24, 2026, and September 25, 2026. • The total equity share capital of the target company is ₹20,55,50,470, divided into 2,05,55,047 equity shares of ₹10 each.
