• Mr. Nimish Shah, Executive Vice President and Financial Controller, has resigned from his position. • His resignation is effective from October 12, 2026. • Mr. Shah will cease to be a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company on the effective date. • The reason for resignation is to pursue an opportunity outside of the Company. • Details of the resignation are provided in Annexure A and his resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure B.
