SAR TELEVENTURE LIMITED : ACQUIRES 70.17% STAKE IN TIKONA COMMUNICATION LIMITED

• SAR Televenture acquired 1,70,80,288 equity shares, representing 56.13% of Tikona Communication Limited. • The acquisition was made pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated March 03, 2026. • Post acquisition, SAR Televenture's shareholding increased to 2,13,52,650 equity shares (70.17%). • The shares were acquired from the erstwhile promoter, Mr. Gaurav Goyal. • The company is enclosing the requisite disclosure under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations.
