• Disclosure pertains to acquisition of 19,15,000 equity shares in Westlife Foodworld Limited • Shares acquired include 15,90,000 and 3,25,000 equity shares on September 23rd and 25th, 2026 respectively • Prior to acquisition, ADMAS Industries Private Limited (along with PACs) held 8,79,46,083 shares, representing 56.40% of voting capital • Post-acquisition, total holding is 8,98,61,083 shares, representing 57.63% of voting capital • Acquisition was made through the open market
