PAKKA APPOINTS INTERIM CFO

• Pakka Limited has appointed Mr. Manoj Kumar Maurya as interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective September 29, 2026. • Mr. Maurya, currently the Commercial Head, will hold the position until a regular appointment is made. • He has been with the company since September 1, 1998, and previously served as interim CFO from February 7, 2020, to June 9, 2020. Impact: Appointment of interim CFO.
