NUVOCO VISTAS : STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 26% SHARE CAPITAL OF CLEAN MAX ILGOHP PVT LTD

• Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. has executed a Share Purchase Agreement with Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited for acquiring 26% of the share capital of Clean Max Ilgohp Private Limited ("SPV"). • The SPV is for setting up a hybrid renewable energy supply plant at Bhikamkhore, Rajasthan. • The project involves a 46.4 MW wind-solar hybrid renewable energy project. • The initiative is expected to help avoid approximately 1,25,485 tonnes of CO2 emissions annually.
