NITTA GELATIN INDIA APPOINTS NEW NOMINEE DIRECTOR
• Shri. Snehil Kumar Singh IAS appointed as Non-Executive Nominee Director on the Board of Directors. • He replaces Shri. Arun K. Vijayan IAS. • Shri. Singh is currently Director of Industries & Commerce Department, Managing Director of Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC), and MD of Kerala State IT Infrastructure Limited (KSITIL). • He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee and is a 2016 batch IAS officer (Kerala Cadre). • Shri. Singh is not related to any other Director of the Company.
