CLEANMAX : PARTNERS NUVOCO ON 46.4 MW WIND-SOLAR HYBRID PROJECT

• CleanMax and Nuvoco partner on a 46.4 MW wind-solar hybrid renewable energy project in Rajasthan, comprising 20 MW of wind and 26.4 MWp of solar capacity • Once operational, the hybrid project is expected to generate ~100 MU of renewable electricity annually • The project adds to CleanMax's growing RE footprint in Rajasthan, with an operational portfolio of over 525 MW across solar, wind and hybrid assets • Expected to avoid ~62,023 tonnes of CO2 emissions annually under Scope 2 and ~63,463 tonnes under Scope 1 • CleanMax is India's largest pureplay Commercial & Industrial renewable energy company with over 15 years of operations
