GUJARAT ENERGY : LISTING AND TRADING APPROVAL RECEIVED FOR GSPL TRANSMISSION SHARES
• GSPL Transmission Limited has received final listing and trading approval from BSE and NSE for its equity shares. • The equity shares will be listed and admitted for trading effective September 30, 2026. • This follows the composite scheme of amalgamation and arrangement among GSPC, GSPL, GSPC Energy, Gujarat Gas Limited, and GSPL Transmission Limited.
