• Shri Rajinder Kumar Garg re-appointed as Managing Director for three years w.e.f. 01.03.2027. • Shri Alok Goyal re-appointed as Executive Director (Works) for three years w.e.f. 01.03.2027. • Shri Garg is F.I.E., with the company since inception, and father of Additional Managing Director Shri Dheeraj Garg. • Shri Goyal is a Chemical Engineer with over 33 years of experience, responsible for Sangrur plant operations. • Neither director is debarred from holding office.
