• Sumeet Surendra Chimbalkar appointed as Resolution Professional for Info-Drive Software Limited. • Appointment made pursuant to an order by the Hon'ble NCLT dated 11.08.2026, read with a subsequent order dated 19.08.2026. • This follows an order by the Hon'ble NCLAT dated 30.03.2026, which set aside the liquidation order. • Mr. Chimbalkar has assumed charge and will conduct the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). • The intimation is being communicated via email as interim measure due to lack of login credentials for Stock Exchange filings.
