• Shareholders approved the appointment of M/s. BGMG & Associates as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy, to hold office until the conclusion of the 46th AGM. • M/s. BGMG & Associates appointed as Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, from conclusion of 46th AGM until 51st AGM (year 2031). • M/s. Anuj Gupta & Associates appointed as Secretarial Auditor to fill a casual vacancy, to hold office until the conclusion of the 46th AGM. • M/s. Anuj Gupta & Associates appointed as Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years (2026-27 to 2030-31). • Mr. Shael Oswal appointed as Managing Director & Vice Chairperson, with remuneration approval. • The 46th AGM was held on September 29, 2026.
