GODAWARI POWER & ISPAT : EXPANSION THROUGH SUBSIDIARY INVESTMENT

• Godawari Power & Ispat approved further investment in its wholly owned subsidiary, Godawari New Energy Private Ltd (GNEPL), for its Battery Energy Storage System Plant. • GNEPL will issue 5,00,00,000 0.1% Non-Cumulative Participating Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs.10/- each at par, totaling an investment of Rs.50.00 Crores. • The investment is intended for capex and working capital requirements.
