BHARAT PARENTERALS RAISED RS 139 CR FUNDS FROM QIB @ ₹1522.85/SHARE

• Board approves issuance of up to 9,12,759 equity shares. • Aggregate consideration for the issue is Rs. 138,99,95,043.15/-, to be raised from 15 non-promoter investors. • The company will also invest in subsidiaries for development of existing and new projects. • An extraordinary general meeting is scheduled for Friday, October 23, 2026, at 11:30 A.M. to seek shareholder approval.
