• Mr. Abhishek Gilara appointed as Joint Managing Director for a period of five years w.e.f. August 10, 2026. • Shareholders approved the appointment at the 7th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. • Mr. Gilara has over 25 years of experience in the jewellery industry. • He is the brother of Mr. Vipul Gilara (Whole-time Director) and cousin of Mr. Nitin Gilara (Chairman & Managing Director).
