INTERISE TRUST RAISED RS 1,737 CR FUNDS FROM QIB @ ₹N/A/SHARE
• Interise Trust has approved allotment of Series I, Series II and Series III Debentures, aggregating to a face value amount of Rs. 1,737 Crores. • The Investment & Finance Committee of Interise Investment Managers Private Limited approved the allotment on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. • The aforesaid Debentures will be listed with BSE Limited in due course.
