• Board of Directors approved incorporation of two new wholly owned subsidiaries • Subsidiaries are Vimprotech Private Limited and Total International Packaging Solutions Private Limited • Initial capital for Vimprotech proposed at ₹4.03 crore and for Total International Packaging at ₹1.65 crore • Both subsidiaries will be 100% owned by LEAP India Limited
