ARISINFRA SOLUTIONS LIMITED : SECURES JDA FOR KALINA PROJECT WORTH RS 400 CR

• ArisUnitern RE Solutions Private Limited, a subsidiary of Arisinfra Solutions Limited, has been appointed by Transcon Group as the Developer-as-a-Service (DaaS) partner for Transcon UNO at Kalina, Mumbai. • This is Unitern's second mandate from Transcon Group, taking the total GDV of projects under Unitern's DaaS mandates to over ₹2,500 Cr. • The Transcon UNO project involves a premium commercial redevelopment with ~1.06 lakh sq ft of free-sale RERA carpet area and a potential GDV of ~₹400 Cr. • Unitern will manage construction, material supply, sales, marketing, collections, and lender management under an 18-month mandate. • All approvals, including RERA, are in place, and construction and sales will begin immediately.
