• Prolife Speciality Vet Clinic LLP, Mumbai, acquired on an "as is where is" basis via slump sale by Cosmo First's petcare division (Zigly). • The acquired business is an animal healthcare facility providing veterinary services, operational since 2000. • The LLP's current annual run rate is ₹4.36 Cr, with last 3 years turnover: FY24 ₹0.83 Cr, FY25 ₹0.83 Cr, FY26 ₹1.95 Cr. • Completion is expected within 20 days of execution. • Impact: Positive (Strategic acquisition to accelerate growth of company's veterinary services division)
