• Board approved incorporation of a Joint Venture Company with National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) • JV will have 50:50 equity participation for development of 1080 MW Thermal Captive Power Plant • Plant to meet captive power requirements of NALCO and explore renewable energy options • Ministry of Coal conveyed approval of DIPAM for formation of JVC on September 8, 2026 • Consideration is by way of subscription of equity shares of proposed JVC by cash at face value of Rs. 10/-
