• Shriram Finance Limited announced results of its tender offers for U.S.$750,000,000 6.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2027 and U.S.$500,000,000 6.15% Senior Secured Notes due 2028 • Tender offers expired on September 28, 2026, with U.S.$579,421,000 of 2027 Notes and U.S.$352,101,000 of 2028 Notes tendered • Accepted amounts are U.S.$299,979,000 for 2027 Notes (77.26% of tendered) and U.S.$160,000,000 for 2028 Notes (70.42% of tendered) • Total aggregate consideration expected to be paid is U.S.$479,069,065.14 • Following settlement on September 30, 2026, U.S.$450,021,000 of 2027 Notes and U.S.$340,000,000 of 2028 Notes will remain outstanding Impact: Neutral (Routine tender offer results announcement)
