VARDHMAN POLYTEX LTD : PART REPAYMENT TOWARDS OCDS
• Company made a payment of Rs.1,50,00,000/- towards part repayment of secured, unlisted, redeemable and optionally convertible debentures (“OCDs”) • Payment was effected by way of pro-rata reduction in the face value/principal amount of each of the 1,500 outstanding OCDs • Face value/principal per OCD reduced from Rs.83,225.39 to Rs.73,225.39 • Aggregate principal amount reduced from Rs.12,48,38,079.38 to Rs.10,98,38,079.38 • Balance principal amount of the OCDs is Rs.10,98,38,079.38, together with interest and other amounts payable Impact: Neutral (Administrative repayment of debt)
