• Vadilal Dairy International Ltd. has approved the appointment of M/s. Chaturvedi Sohan & Co. as Joint Statutory Auditors alongside existing auditor M/s. PVM & Co. • The appointment is for a period of one year, commencing from the conclusion of the Thirty-Ninth AGM until the conclusion of the Fortieth AGM. • M/s. Chaturvedi Sohan & Co. is a firm of Chartered Accountants with experience over several decades. • There are no disclosed relationships between the new auditors and the company's directors.
