ADVIT JEWELS LIMITED : LEASE DEED SIGNED FOR NEW DELHI PREMISES

• Company has entered into a lease deed with Mr. Charanjeet Singh for premises at D-32, Lala Lajpat Rai Marg, Defence Colony, New Delhi. • The lease is for a period of nine years, commencing August 01, 2026 and ending on July 31, 2035. • The premises, approximately 2,200 sq. ft. super built-up area, will be utilized for commercial business activities. • The rent is ₹8,50,000 per month for the first three years, increasing to ₹9,77,500 for the next three, and ₹11,24,125 for the final three years. • A refundable, interest-free security deposit of ₹25,50,000 has been paid. • The lease deed was executed on September 28, 2026.
