• Synergy Green Industries Limited announced the approval of vesting of 7,060 employee stock options. • The options were granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025. • The vesting is approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors. • The vested options can be exercised by employees within one year from the date of vesting. • The ESOP Scheme 2025 is administered via an ESOP Trust for secondary market share purchases.
