BF UTILITIES : PAID NON-COMPLIANCE FINE OF RS 2.54 LAKH TO BSE AND NSE

• Company paid fine of ₹1,00,300/- to BSE today and ₹1,53,400/- was paid on September 11, 2026 to NSE for non-compliance of Regulation 33 of Listing Regulations for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. • Non-compliance was due to subsidiaries Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprise Ltd. (NICE) and Nandi Economic Corridor Enterprises Ltd. (NECE) not submitting their Unaudited Financial Results on time. • The Company had intimated the reason for delay via letter dated August 14, 2026. • There is no material impact on financials, operations or other activities of the Company.
