• Shareholders approved the regularization of Ms. Vinita Shivraj Gadhavi as a Non-Executive Independent Director. • She will serve for a term of five consecutive years from July 31, 2026, to July 30, 2031. • Ms. Gadhavi is not liable to retire by rotation during her tenure. • Additional details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations are enclosed as Annexure-A.
