• The company's Annual General Meeting was held on September 26, 2026. • Members approved the appointment of Mrs. Indu Shaktibhushan Shukla as a Non-executive Non-Independent Director. • Mr. Mrugesh Arvindbhai Suthar was appointed as a Non-executive Independent Director. • M/S Supal Shah & Associates were appointed as the statutory auditor of the company. • Further disclosures pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations are enclosed as Annexure-A. • The aforesaid resolutions were passed based on voting results and the Scrutinizer's Report.
