TPL PLASTECH LTD : MERGER WITH TIME TECHNOPLAST LTD
• TPL Plastech Limited to merge with Time Technoplast Limited as transferor and transferee company respectively. • The scheme is effective from April 1, 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. • Share exchange ratio: 403 fully paid-up equity shares of TTL for every 1,000 fully paid-up equity shares of TPL. • TPL manufactures industrial packaging products including plastic jerry cans, drums and IBCs. • TTL manufactures packaging products, composite products, PE pipes, and other products.
