Limited, Singapore. • The allotment is on a preferential basis for consideration other than cash, towards the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Locon Solutions Private Limited. • Post-allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased. • The shares allotted rank pari passu with existing equity shares and are subject to lock-in requirements.
