MAJESTIC AUTO LIMITED : COMPLETES TRANSFER OF SHARAN HOSPITALITY SHARES FOR RS 105 CR
• Company transferred all securities of SHPL held by it, comprising Equity Shares, Non-Convertible Debentures and Bonus Redeemable Preference Shares, to NovumLake Property Fund and 360 ONE Real Assets Advantage Fund. • Aggregate consideration received is ₹1,054.23 Cr. • SHPL has repaid the Inter-Corporate Deposit of ₹29.28 Cr extended by the Company. • The transaction envisaged under the Resolution Plan and related transaction documents stands completed. • SHPL has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. • Resulted in a pre-tax gain of approximately ₹29.28 Cr.
