• Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 for sale of shares in open market. • Promoter Mr. Vishal Talsibhai Monpara sold 9,000 equity shares of the company in the open market. • The sale occurred on September 25, 2026. • Prior to the sale, the promoter held 13,83,000 shares (5.06% of total voting capital). • Post-sale, the promoter holds 13,74,000 shares (5.03% of total voting capital). • The equity share capital of the company is ₹13,57,14,000 divided into 2,71,42,800 equity shares of face value ₹5 each.
