• Shareholders approved the re-appointment of Mr. Abhishek Poddar as Independent Director for a second term of five years. • Re-appointment effective September 2, 2027, up to September 1, 2032. • Mr. Poddar is not debarred from holding office of director by virtue of any order from SEBI or any other authority. • Mr. Abhishek Poddar is an industrialist, philanthropist, and art collector with varied experience in finance, administration, human resources, and general management. • No inter-se relationship between Mr. Abhishek Poddar and other directors of the Company.
