• Alphalogic Industries Limited (AIL) allotted 3,30,000 equity shares upon conversion of warrants to non-promoter/public category allottees. • The company's shareholding in AIL diluted from 51.18% to 49.57%. • Consequently, AIL ceased to be a subsidiary and became an associate company effective September 29, 2026. • The company remains the promoter of AIL. Impact: Company's stake in AIL falls below 50%, changing subsidiary status to associate.
