• Mr. Kazunari Yamaguchi resigns as Whole-time Director (Production) w.e.f. close of business hours of September 30, 2026, pursuant to withdrawal of nomination by Suzuki Motor Corporation. • He will continue as a Non-executive Director. • Mr. Sarada Prasana Nayak appointed as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) – Head (Production and Production Engineering) w.e.f.
