KPI GREEN ENERGY : GUJARAT STEP-DOWN SUBSIDIARY ACQUIRES 100% EQUITY OF ALFANAR ENERGY AND NETRA WIND

• Binding offer dated September 29, 2026, to acquire 100% of equity and all other equity-like instruments of Alfanar Energy Private Limited ("AEPL") and Netra Wind Private Limited ("NWPL") • AEPL and NWPL own wind projects with capacities of 301.4 MW and 206.5 MW respectively, aggregating to 507.9 MW at Bhuj, Gujarat • Total enterprise value for the transaction is ₹2,410 crore • Indicative time period for completion of acquisition is on or before February 28, 2027.
