INDO BORAX & CHEMICALS LTD : ACQUIRES 64.26% STAKE IN KRONOX LAB SCIENCES LTD
• Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited, along with its PAC Zenrock Chemicals Private Limited, acquired 2,38,44,000 equity shares of face value INR 10/- each from sellers Ketan Vinodchandra Ramani, Pritesh Vinodchandra Ramani, and Jogindersingh Gianchand Jaswal. • The acquisition took place on September 29, 2026, pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated August 20, 2026. • The acquisition represents 64.26% of the total share capital of Kronox Lab Sciences Limited. • The total shareholding of the acquirer and PAC after the acquisition is 2,38,44,000 shares, constituting 64.26% of the total share capital.
