• Vedanta Limited allotted 200,000 unsecured, redeemable, rated, listed non-convertible debentures. • The debentures have a face value of ₹ 1,00,000 each, aggregating to ₹ 20,000 crore. • The allotment was approved by the duly constituted Committee of Directors of the Company on a private placement basis.
