• Incorporation of EIDB Ceylon Private Limited in Sri Lanka. • Company holds 80% equity share capital/voting rights in the subsidiary. • The entity was incorporated to undertake manufacturing of Drums and Barrels in Sri Lanka. • Regulatory approvals obtained from authorities in Sri Lanka. • Incorporporated on September 28, 2026 with cash consideration of Rs. 800 towards equity. • Turnover of the new entity is Nil as it is newly incorporated.
