• Sonitron Limited acquired 30,000 shares in Dhampur Bio Organics Limited at ₹10 each. • Post acquisition, Sonitron's holding increased to 17.413% (1,15,60,499 shares) from 17.368% (1,15,30,499 shares). • The total equity share capital of Dhampur Bio Organics is 6,63,87,590 shares of ₹10 each.
