• Repono Mathura Terminals Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary, has received approval from North Central Railway, Agra Division for the Engineering Scale Plan (ESP) for a Gati Shakti Cargo Terminal (GCT) at Ajhai Station. • The approval enables the subsidiary to proceed with the development, subject to fulfilling applicable conditions and receiving necessary permission for commencement of construction. • The company has been requested to deposit Security Money amounting to ₹10,00,000/- via Demand Draft.
