• Bank has made repayment of principal along with broken period interest to bondholders of BOI Tier II Bonds Series-XV today, 30th September, 2026. • The redemption was for the full principal amount of Rs.1,800 crores. • The redemption date was due to put option (if any) which was exercised. • Due date of redemption/maturity was 30/09/2026 and actual date for redemption was also 30/09/2026. • Amount of broken period interest paid was Rs.64,08,39,453.
